We have developed this program to integrate key management tools. The top-down approach means that corporate governance is in place. The communication strategies in the program ensure that strategic management can deliver its messages and requirements clearly and concisely to work area management who must understand and execute those messages.

The quarterly reporting structure is based on exception reporting and starts with work area reports against strategies. These work area reports are converted into reports against critical success factors in a way useful at the strategic level.
